Fractional Systems Operator / Payments & Fintech / Toronto, Canada
Most scaling companies do not have a product problem. They have a systems problem. The approval flow that leaks revenue. The payment handoff that breaks at scale. The workflow that worked at 20 customers and fails at 200. I find those constraints and redesign the systems that create them.
The Precis Framework
Developed between 2023 and 2024, the Precis Framework is a 4 step proprietary diagnostic system for evaluating, diagnosing, and redesigning how scaling product organizations and early-stage ventures actually work. It does not treat symptoms. It finds the root cause of why a system is breaking and builds the operational infrastructure to fix it permanently.
Services
Every engagement begins with a diagnosis. The 90-Day Systems Audit is the entry point. It surfaces the constraint. From there, the work continues as a fractional engagement until the system runs without intervention. All three offerings are built on the Precis Framework.

About
I started building companies before I had a framework for what I was doing. Branched taught me that a product without a validated system behind it is just an idea with a UI. AjoPro taught me that the constraint is almost never the product itself. IRIS taught me that business model design and operational design are the same discipline. GUESR is where I am applying everything.
The Precis Framework emerged from that experience. Not as a consulting product, but as the way I naturally think about every system I encounter. Where is clarity missing? Where is ambiguity hiding? What systems need to be built? What results should they produce?
I work with scaling fintech, payments, and vertical SaaS companies where operational complexity compounds fastest and where getting the systems right creates the most durable competitive advantage.
